Helpful hints:
1. When logging in for the first time everyone will be prompted to create an account (use your northcoast.com email)
2. Everyone MUST add your personal traveler details and click ‘submit’
3. Under ADS United President's Club click 'Select flights'
4. Your travel details will be pre-populated with your home departure city, arrival city Cabo and the group travel dates (4/22 and 4/26). If you need to make any adjustments, please do so here.
NOTE: if you wish to extend your stay at the JW Marriot Los Cabos Resort, please wait to book your flights until you have been notified that your hotel reservation can be extended. Main group travel dates are Monday, April 22 and Friday, April 26. If you wish to extend your stay in Cabo, pre or post event dates, you will be responsible for any additional cost in airfare and/or hotel.
5. If traveling with a guest on the same itinerary, select ‘2 Passengers’ in the top right corner and then click ‘Search Flights’. Note: guest airfare is at your own expense and can be paid directly with Allfly.

6. Select your preferred departing and return flights.
7. Review your selected flights and click ‘Passengers’.
8. Review your traveler details AND then add guest traveler details if applicable and click ‘Review and Book’.
9. Review your trip summary and click ‘Book Trip’.
